havent seen the game so i cant comment on his performance but going through
all 47 odd pages of posts on the game day thread...
is there a reason we arent asking the same questions of our prime movers
like lids and cotch and co...

are they immune to negativity...

wouldn't surprise me. As i said before...how anyone could think he played well is beyond me.

yes but Rance mistakes or free against in total cost us 7 goals.
 
Yes he made errors, so did a lot of other players. When u play in the backline, the errors cost goals.I still think he has a lot to offer.
 
Have no comment to make as I didnt see the game only heard it ...... was just interested to see what others thought.

WOW...anyone who is directly responsible for allowing 7 goals or thereabouts HAS NOT had a decent game in any way, shape or form if that indeed is the case.

I read in here earlier about the likes of Delidio and Cotchin being beyond question ........... short answer !..... Yes they are above it according to the flowersniffers brigade, so don't even go there unless you want to be hung & quartered for heresay...... they are all Gods and therefore unquestionable. :happy

Rance made mistakes blind Freddy could see that. But he was better than Farmer, McGuane, Batchelor last night.

Why was the ball down there so much? Every time if exited our back line, it flew straight back because of zero midfield pressure and turnovers.

Had to stop a tsunami when the only two standing up were Houli and Foley

Not sure how you come to that conclusion that Rance was better than Mcguane?If anything the conditions suited Rance more than Mcguane yet Rance was the one who continued to have brain fades in tackling and in general play.

Watch the game again!! why? without Rance our backline would really struggle ATM...

You need to stop using Rance as the sole reason we lost.. Rance was clearly in our top 5 best..

Move on and have the guts to name the bigger top line players that under performed..

He had a dirty night but so did most of the team. You are going to get some blunders from him. Thats what you get. We just desperately need a premium defender. We really do...
