Lose JackR8
Replace him with a top new Jack on the coaching panel

Not a jackass like Ginnivan

The nucleus of a fresh new coaching team taking place sounds just what we need to get over our recent outmoded game style. Looking forward to see how we go forward

Experience?? The only way you get Experience is by working at it.
Some times you can be too experienced and you tend to stick to the same thing
I love the idea that our entire list will have at least 3 new voices teaching them.
Our group under Hardwick had expired.
Teague and Rutten shouldve been told to leave too.

Ziebell has been right there on the ground during the whole period when the Tigers went from crap to great to average.

He's also lived and breathed, up close, all those things that happen in games that contribute to success of failure - momentum shifts, team mates dropping their bundle, defending a lead, etc.

He's also observed and played through a period of significant change in rules, game styles, ways of moving the ball, etc.

All the while being a very good player and leader.

I imagine that, when he had discussions with our people, he very quickly impressed them with new perspectives and deep insights into how the game has been changing, what he saw as Tiger strengths and weaknesses as our journey unfolded, how to get the best out of individual players, etc.

My gut feel is that this guy could really bring something valuable to both the coaching group and playing group.

He's seen plenty in his time. Including his first coach wearing a dress

I wonder whether Morro will continue as vfl coach? Usually vfl coaches who have senior ambitions move to line coaching after a while.
I’m not sure how ambitious he is
How long has he been vfl coach, 3 years?
