Minimum chips for a senior AFL coach would be what? At least $300-$400k?
Agree. I was hoping to see more of his vison publicly. The B&F was an opportunity for a landmark address but all we got was a fireside chat. I'm happy for his results to do the talking but, reality is, right now we don't know what his vision is, what style his gameplan will be, what his view on leadership is etc.
I would say higher. In the $400K to $500K range. Dimma was on $1.2M so we have plenty of room in the soft cap.

Yeah he did say he doesn't want to spoil the players' resting period. It'll be back to sweating it out from Nov 13 though.
Adem was supposed to attend Club80 last week but pulled out the last minute for an unplanned holiday before the mayhem starts so may not have received any discounts.
Being coach of the RFC should qualify you for legend status at the very least and an upgrade as a minimum

I hope all the coaches including Morro are dialed into the new game plan and know exactly what will happen the second the players walk collectively through the door on day 1. I am hoping none of the seniors take the extra week off and show up with all the juniors. After this past season and our result there is no no reason for them to be anywhere else but at Punt Road.

But, agree, which of the senior guys show up on Day 1 will tell us who is engaged and wanting to right the wrongs of 2023 under a new and fresh regime. If Dusty is running laps already I reckon he will be one who will be there on the 13th.
I suspect it will all ramp up once pre-season starts. This time of the year we are normally low key to avoid taking coverage off the AFLW team.
