Adem Yze

I think Yze will kill off the slack attitude of the last 3 years. Taranto will be doing kicking drills all summer lol

It doesn't help when the club is being mismanaged and there is a revolving door of coaches al through the 80's and 90's. When they finally decided to hold onto coaches for more than 2 minutes, as per Danny and then Terry, is when we became a destination club for a quality coach. Enter Damien Hardwick and the rest is history. Peggy and Benny knew at the end of 2016 that if they sacked Dimma, we would be back to square one. As Dimma said on that great day in 2017 "Peggy and Benny, we did it!"
Don't disagree with any of that. Just saying a one sample size of caretaker coaches vs 6x non caretakers that didn't work. I'm just being a *smile*. Anywhoo I think we'll all be nervous Rd1.

Hey 50 out, So Yze will be co-coach with MCQualter? I'm confused.

I have no idea if this is a good appointment or not. But the club has earned our trust and I look forward to riding the tiggy train with a new conductor.

Andrew McQualter is expected to depart Richmond after failing to win the senior coaching job, according to Jon Ralph.Has been a wonderful servant of our club, and wish him continued success.

Completely understandable. I have a feeling he'll get snapped up quickly. Would be good to get a list of all the assistants that have worked with Yze. A couple of those are bound to be headed our way.

They all wanted MIni before the season ended :))

They gonna have to impess the new boss now, no more half arsed start to pre seasons with the coach overseas.

If I was a player I'd wanna be the first one to like the post and text the new coach ........................... brownie points and all that :))
