Good way for Ooze to see what his players' personalities are like. Only way to make friends first up. The harder times will come.

No issue whatsoever.
Yze is trying to navigate a really tough time for the club and players in particular. Imagine if he was angry the whole time and spent half his time yelling at the players. He would be sacked years end on a players revolt.
No doubt behind closed doors they are celebrating the small wins whilst also not being accepting of how we are losing.

With Balta he’s a strange cat anything could’ve happened
Prior to that why did Balta have a notebook and pen? It appeared he was reading and writing notes

Think it was Yze responding to a media question about the note book. It was Balta trying to describe how Geelong were setting up at balls ups in our defensive area. He needed the paper to draw what he was trying to describe as Balta's verbal description was confusing

You have it wrong. Livo is a plant to make us crap. He doesn't want forwards to play, especially if their name rhymes with Roah Rumberland. He's also going around injuring our players, and then hiring guys that don't know how to fix injuries. He's the Shiv Palpatine for our football club, working from within to destroy us

A lot of his decisions recently have been questioned.
Must be somewhat of a relief that he's got another win & can see his hard work is heading in the right direction, especially his development with the kids.
Going pretty well in his first season IMO. He'll be growing too.
