even if they are all tactical and education spuds - surely someone can motivate the players to chase/tackle/give a f***. compare this to 2017 when it clicked that "even if things arent going your way, you can still pressure, you can control that" - have they thrown out that idea with the premiserhip photos on the walls?
I have supported Yze to date but if last week and today's game plan is coaching then he is in the wrong job
As a minimum, the team has to compete and it hasn’t the past two weeks. No pressure, too far off opponents and disinterested when we haven’t got the ball. I would have thought with young players, we’d just play one on one and learn the game. Instead we put extras to the contest and just get picked to pieces.
The amount of arguing behind play is unbelievable

He chose Newman, and Ziebell is in his first year out of a playing career, but Teague and Rutten need to be gone.
We need to change captains now not next year. Nank is useless.

Last two were Yze & McQualter. Newman was in last 4-5. Sort of reminds me of the late 90’s when no one wanted to coach us.
This is shambolic tonight - no structure or basics being followed at all. Senior players letting us down - Short & Nank have been terrible plus kids either overawed or not good enough.
He has a team that is completely broken, not by his doing by more by the life cycle of an AFL team. He could do anything or nothing and at this point it would make zero difference. We are stuffed and have to ride it out
