2024 Training With The Ooze Crew

Wasn't it Melbourne we were playing before the pre-season formal against Scumwood?
when is that hit out , I agree with earlier remark it’ll be a indicator of the traction ooze is getting with tweaked game plan plus our structural changes that dimma didn’t believe in , it was 2019 or nothing

It will be interesting to see how, or, if Yze has changed our plan/structures, but I think it will take at least a season for anything to really sink in and make significant impact to the team and their results.

Not confirmed but might be in the weekend of Feb 17-18.

Such a calm and grounded bloke... already shown he can do the hard yards to play at the highest level and will no doubt do likewise if senior coaching is his ultimate goal.

This is the content the fans crave.

Honest and enlightening to let the fans know how the younger generation are going.

I agree with Lambo on Seth Campbell, but personally i have not seen any AFL traits in Steely, (maybe Lambo saying Steely is relatively new to footy is a polite way of saying he doesn't either??).

If he's looking after the developing forwards, Steely shouldn't even be under his tutelage. Should be a developing mid.

He and Abbey having a baby 6 months or so a go might've put the kibosh on the travel plans.

Agreed. Not sure what role they had pegged for him last year but I would be surprised if he averaged more than 7-8 a game

Absolutely. Green was played totally out of position last year and completely dicked around.

Put him in the midfield where he played at SF. Good tank, tough, kicks above average.

Full article below.

It’s more than just a 20 minute window after the game the players need to be available, but:
Under clause 2.6 of the broadcaster access policy, the AFL and players association have agreed that each club will make “its playing group, including substitutes, from the previous round available to accredited media for a minimum of 45 minutes within two days (extended by one day in the event of a player or football department day off) of the conclusion of the match”.

Clubs can also be fined, which I find interesting in a player collective bargaining agreement

Don’t care where he plays, but for gods sake, keep him out of the forward line.
Can’t kick over a jam tin and guaranteed to miss from 30m out.
