2024 Training With The Ooze Crew

Compare how Adelaide has been treated with the ARC error compared to what happened at the Gabba.
The goal umpire, signals a goal.
The footage was unclear from all angles
And the turds still over turned the bloke paid to make the decision.
That night alone proves how dirty the sinking joint is.
P.s **where's the rules changes?
Collingwood players grab possession and as soon as they are about to get tackled the just release the ball. No call for dropping or holding the ball.
They drop the ball as soon as the get contact. It's to keep the ball in congestion.
Watch the last 2 minutes against GWS.

I told my Adelaide supporting mate that if instead of everyone (the other clubs/media) laughing at the Tiger's misfortune at being shafted they had jumped on the AFL process then maybe the Crows would have made the finals because the AFL would have had to address the shitness of their process/system.

He couldn't disagree.

Will be an interesting watch.
Late comer to football.
Plays with aggression and moves well. Saying that he was draftable last year but didn’t seem to feature in any of our VFL games so club obviously doesn’t think he’s ready.
Let’s hope he breaks out this year
Always liked Archie May. May not be the most talented player around but he does something so few talls in the modern game actually do. He competes.

They will start at 9:30am through to about 11:30am, I probably won't get there as more drama with my mum.
I too have elderly parents and things can go from calm to dicey from one day to the next; hope everything turns out positively.

I am really glad they are persisting with Miller as a key Defender. That's his fit in my view. No doubt he will start in the VFL which is ok. He is insurance. Hope he makes it because he is a big unit and very quick. Settle in and earn his spot.

When or if Lynch comes back into the team, I see no need to play two Ruckman. Balta, Kozitski, or even Ryan if he plays can share second ruck roles. Forward Ruckman.

I am worried we are putting to much expectations on a returning Gibcus.
People calling him a young "champion" is a little premature.

Miller being a successful option takes pressure off Gibcus.

Yeah, I've had similar thoughts. Gibcus has missed a year of development, is coming back from soft tissue issues that sat him out for a season, and wasn't exactly an all conquering defender in his debut year.

While he exceeded expectations for a 1st year KPD straight out of the draft, he still got regularly beaten, and sometimes embarrassed. Exactly as you'd expect from even the most talented young talls.

He 100% has the tools, but he's a full year behind in learning how to practically apply them in anger against anything other than our somewhat undermanned and dysfunctional forward line. If he can fast track his development, it'll go a long way to making us genuinely competitive in 2024. If he's merely human, we're going to need supporting options. Looks like Miller may again have an important role to play in shoring up our structure.

I don’t expect anything other than being able to hold his own against a 3rd or 4th best oppo forward. From 2026 onwards though, expectations go up

I have a long way to go, I saw a group of elderly St Kilda gentlemen who featured on the news the other night being highlighted because they never miss a training session. They all wear caps with the monika, 'Brains Trust'.
I have no such cap ;) , i'm thinking a Crown but what the sl
