2024 Training With The Ooze Crew

Ever since i saw the GC fixture, i have always thought that game has us being screwed by the umps written all over it. Our naysayers on that topic tell us it's the coaching/gameplan causing it, we are about to find out with GC this yr & i reckon we know which way it'll go.
They will do everything to get GC the win. If we win, they’ll make us pay for the rest of the season.

The Umps will ream the F@!#% out of the Tigers against the Suns Ive never ever been surer of anything in my life.

The AFL has showed itself to be contrived and the league is no longer free from bias or influence within its own sphere of management.

Hence its a partly fixed comp and is tainted. The pos t2020 rule changes to stop one dominant side showed their hand as did the free kick differentials since 2017, and the Arc screw job.

Not to mention the completely contrived fixturing, and the draft manipulations and academy BS.

The AFL and the umps helped hobble the Tigers and helped the Maggots to a flag.

Super fast and agile for a big guy 195/96kg. Tackles really well. splits packs even if he doesn’t mark it. Average mark and kick but is a very difficult match up for any defender. Has played midfield in the VFL and breaks up stoppages with his speed and power.

If he brings this to the AFL it could be interesting. I like him because he is so different.
Sounds like the anti Collier - Dawkins ................. cant kick or mark but he competes hard and impacts contests as opposed to RCD who could kick and mark but couldn't get enough of the footy or get to contests or make second or third efforts even if he did het to one.

I hope like the blazes we tear them a new opening round.
Yep. This would be a big win for us. Good thing is we will be underdogs and the pressure will be all on them.

The Hardwick hype train could be derailed before it leaves the station.

Yep, I'm glad Chairman East said it publicly and the media has something to lead to when things go wrong for the Huns.

Compare how Adelaide has been treated with the ARC error compared to what happened at the Gabba.
The goal umpire, signals a goal.
The footage was unclear from all angles
And the turds still over turned the bloke paid to make the decision.
That night alone proves how dirty the sinking joint is.
P.s **where's the rules changes?
Collingwood players grab possession and as soon as they are about to get tackled the just release the ball. No call for dropping or holding the ball.
They drop the ball as soon as the get contact. It's to keep the ball in congestion.
Watch the last 2 minutes against GWS.

Is it too late to pre list Archie May? He seems be the most promising tall.
Shows promise though not entirely convinced myself yet - the most promising young KPF in the VFL IMO is Tyler Sellers from North, surprised he wasn't picked up or at least given a train-on chance, especially by North themselves considering their own development coach Tom Lynch (the other one obviously) rates him very highly.

The umpires will be all over dimmas orchestrated infringements , I’d expect we should be the lucky recipients, makes perfect sense than some crackpot conspiracy against the y&b

Great point.
Dimma used to say his games plan was partially responsible for amount of frees given away.
Let’s see how that theory holds up.

I understand the hold-up with the redevelopment is negotiations regarding the number of gold toilets in @caesar 's throne room. In an attempt to pacify him they've given him the grandstand for now.
I for one think that its pretty rotten allowing Caesar to relieve himself on the grandstand now.

So true, Zips.

But consider further that the AFL admitted they screwed up (throwing the Goal Umpire under the bus).

In the case of the Tiger's shafting, the Goal Umpire got it right but the maggot in the back room screwed us. The AFL were once again saying "nothing to see here" and the media either bought it or played along.

I really don't like PRE posters rationalising the AFL's typical machinations. The high heat/humidity game in Rd. zero against Dimma's Suns followed by a 5 day break to Caroon fixture is so obviously designed to intend dispatching any revival hopes for this club on an immediate downward spiral. They cannot stand the very idea that we may become a competitor again, maybe scuppering or harming their plans for the handful of teams they'd like to win the flag in '24. An inpredictable RFC won at least 2 more flags than was ever even tolerable for Gil and his honchos, hence the appointment of Shocking after thrashing the Moggies to end our dynasty with puerile rule changes. Not much has changed.

Can't you just see the AFL site headlines/match report/media articles if Dimma's new mob beat us in the time-slot/climate that is clearly advantageous to them.
Don't try put lipstick on a pig. That fixture is rigged for a clearly intended outcome IMHO. It should never have been devised ... whether we can somehow cope with it or not.
Hence why Benny NEVER had a chance of getting the top job.

Looks completely different from last year. A year old but still a baby at 19, however very competitive and has excellent foot skills.
Similar size, and looks and moves like Tylar Young. I had to do a double take when watching the match sims. He was wearing Lynch’s number too.

Will be an interesting watch.
Late comer to football.
Plays with aggression and moves well. Saying that he was draftable last year but didn’t seem to feature in any of our VFL games so club obviously doesn’t think he’s ready.
Let’s hope he breaks out this year
