But I am 100% standing by my information that has also been confirmed by others on this board
Mini will be announced as senior coach on a 3 year contract I know it's not the sexy option or the popular choice but the club have loved him along tome and invested hugely to keep him .....everything they've done has been leaning towards this moment
In Benny and balmy we are lead by great visionarys they knew one day dimma would move on so internally started a succession plan for the future ....it's not yiur typical one as it involved a long apprenticeship and Was kept indoors
Dimma mentioned it on the buckley podcast ....Dylan Grimes Was quoted as saying Mini has been the coach for while now taking charge of the preseasons etc
Let's support the club and trust their judgement in this
It’s not that you’re predicting McQualter will be coach that some have issue with, it’s your whole theory behind it which people are calling out.
It doesn't stack up.
If the plan has been in place since 2016, why wasn’t he announced coach then? No one would have had a problem with getting rid of Dimma at that point.
Why was Dimmas contract extended for 3 years, instead of putting mini in charge at the start of 2022?
Why did the club go through a massive recruiting charade instead of just announcing the succession plan like other clubs have done?
Since the club plans so far in advance, who is being groomed for coach in 2032?
Mini might be announced as coach next week, but it doesn’t mean you’re right
Becuse mini wasn't ready at that point he had only been in development so added more responsibility to him
Who says we havnt announced it just becuse the media hasn't leaked it dosnt mean club hasn't been working on this for years
Noone has been interviewed or will be interviewed
I don't know who the next coach after mini will be as he hasn't brought his assistants in yet
One will be newman and one will be Hayes with truck staying
Teague lonergan and Clarke have all Been tapped on the shoulder
Morris will stay in the vfl with a new development manager to be announced next month

Surely if this plan has been in place since 2016 he's known all along who his assistants would be, especially the one he's bringing in to replace him in 2032.
I'm starting to believe this is an elaborate, if plausible, lie.
Time will tell. I don't have an opinion either way on this & trust the club. At least they now have a strong idea on what a successful coach looks like.
If it was known that Mini would be the next coach when Dimma bailed why wasn't it announced when he did. It would have saved a lot of time & expense.
Just checking that this is all a lock? Thanks for the heads up if it is. If it doesn’t fall like this don’t come on here making excuses- you’ll get slammed and rightly so.
