2024 Richmond Coach

Doubt he has been given any heads up. Agree with the rest.
There is no way he would have been given the heads up unless RFC is a totally unprofessional outfit , which they aren't
Good organisations when they go through employment processes from a shortlist give everyone the same chance of success

Why do you hope you’re wrong?
You said we’re going to win the flag next year with Mini and that he’s a tactical genius.
Becuse I don't want the emotional stress the announcement will cause my fellow tigers

The fans don't want mini so I fear we will see a mass exodus when it's announced

Have to admit Yze sounds promising. I wonder if Knighta didn't apply due to past failure, but then again we can see Vossy look better a 2nd time.

FWIW I don't think we are a typical rebuild team.

We have Bolton, Balta, Taranto, Hopper, Drioli, Baker, Ross as best 22 that are 26 and under.

Add in some up and comers like Clarke, Sonsie, Brown, Young, MRioli, Ryan, Bauer, Cumbo, Coulthard.

Plus some older players that have a few.ywars left like Prestia, Dusty, Nank, Broad, Vlastuin, Lynch.

The list is not bin quality. It's not what ot was but I can't recall a better list for a first time coach to work with
Alan Joyce hawthorn

I hope it's not Mini, and he's shown nothing to suggest he's a tactical genius.

Why would he be given some sort of assurance of getting the job way back in 2016? Craig Macrea is a better coach, I'd have him ahead of mini every day of the week including weekends.

My first preference is Newy and then Yze.

I agree fly is better but the club internally rate mini higher

And at the end of the day they are with them 24/7 behind closed doors so would you would hope have a better gauge then us outside the 4 walls

Fair enough we all have varying thoughts on this whole process, so much speculation. Anyways, i ook forward to hearing the announcement sometime in Sept.
