I just checked to see how many indigenous coaches had made it in the AFL, only Barry Cable 30 years ago. Mark Williams was not aboriginal which was interesting, he came from a Carribean background.

Now we know Mini has the job and has had since 2016, we should probably be turning our attention to the next appointment.
Our senior coach for 2032. Will it be Jack? or Grigg? Lambert maybe? Joel Selwood?
Whoever it is we need to make sure the succession contract is watertight.

Meanwhile the Cats have a plan in place for their 2032 coach to be Dangerfield, with Hawkins as the MRO and Gary Rohan as AFL Football Operations Manager reporting directly to Cats football director Gryan 'The Architect' Miers.

It doesn't matter, even if they can't we'll have enough money in the soft cap to cover both.

My biggest hope is for Lambert to coach our VFL team.

Very good if Newman with Grigga. Agreed Lamber/Michael Barlow to coach 2nds. Reckon we need a hardened, experienced coach as assistant also, someone not involved with Richmond. Brendan Mc Cartney ? Eade?
