A former poster on PRE, mentioned yesterday that he has heard that Grigg has been encouraged to apply for the role.
I really can’t stomach the way Hinkley carries on at times. I’d much prefer Carr than Hinkley if it came down to the a choice between the two.
I like the first part but not so sure about Mini. Like many others I think we need fresh ideas and voices at the club

For Mini to get ahead i think he has to alter the game plan a tad.I was impressed how he stopped the rot after qtr time which means the players are responding.

His self awareness and ability to understand his own limitations has come along in leaps and bounds since he left Collingwood.
Yeah the tweaks he applied to stop the run and block the centre of the ground were good. A pity we couldn't get the clean possessions into the forward 50 and/or convert a couple of the chances we got. The group I was with was joking about needing to kick 3.29 to hit the front.

Quite rightly.
It will be the same as nearly any former senior coach. They will deny interest but come in at the final round of interviews if the club (and the candidate) are keen for them to be involved.
And yet last year we were the highest scoring team in the Comp. Something has gone terribly wrong in trying to balance up our offence and defence
