simply can't be right.

one full time mid?

I think Twomey has about as much idea as we do this year.

Tigers cards too close to chest.

That's loaded with risk, every type in fact, you have injury concerns, versatility issues at pick 7, competitiveness concerns at pick 14, concussion issues at 28 and ended up with the lesser Whitlock. I really like Lindsay so that's a good get but overall I give it a C grade.

Just watched Bo Allan’s highlights again, and although he is a bull and a running machine, his disposal is below average!! Panic merchant at times

If he can't kick at full tilt he will struggle in any position apart from elite clearance player, you have to be at Fyfe levels to canvass over that flaw.

It drives me crazy how the AFL numbers the picks.

The common sense approach would be to list all non-standard picks as like "Pick 10b", so all standard picks stay the same number.

But that's common sense, so I honestly do understand the AFL's aversion to it.

Bully not so sure lesser of the Whitlock he was consistent Matt in defence and going forward thinking he has the more upside. Bully you have gone off Shanahan. For me pair Jonty Faull with one of the Whitlock and it's a good combination. Even Gerreyn is suitable. Think Sim will slide

So, this Blair bias thing seems to be getting out of hand I reckon.

Some folks think we might take him because Blair coaches footy at the same club Smillie played for. He never coached Smillie apparently. Media could be jumping at shadows because of that link.
Oh I think Blair would have been keeping a very close eye on him, you'd be derelict of your duty not to. And it wouldn't be the first time someone has been given the nod over another in a close call due to relations and/or accessibility to information or favouritism. Not saying Blair would or wouldn't, sometimes it's an unconscious thing, but I don't think it's abnormal or out of hand to at least question the possibility.

yeah true, I was being overly harsh but if we're in the hunt for a forward then Jack is a bit more reliable in front of goals. I'd actually be open to grabbing both instead of Shanahan.
