2023 Grand Final - Pies v Lions ... Australia Mourns!

Great game. A few observations

1. It came down to whose bums were worse and berry and starcevich won that hands down.

3. Good on collingwood for snubbing the kids - too many kids in footy, playing air guitar and handing out caps. Plus AFL's got talent had the nobel laureates diacos and moore miked up for the disabled kid convos so yay.

Cant remember what 2. Was? Probably something about collingwood and macrae being counterfeit richmond who we wont see again any time

4. fagan is no good. Did he tell starcevich to stay 50m away from bobby for 120 mins and Andrews to never leave the goal square? *smile* me

What are the AFL Gunna do for half time entertainment when KISS, ACDC, Tom Jones, Meatloaf (oh right.. ), Crowded House, Kylie, John Farnham, Daryl Braithwaite , Mark Seymour, Barnesy Chris Isaac and every other artist from the 70s and 80s are no longer with us?

I’m taking a couple of positives out of the pies winning.
1. It wasn’t Carlton
2. It wasn’t Geelong

I’m happy to let the pies fans at work enjoy their win, but if they start rubbing me up the wrong way I’ll just tell them to get back to me if you win a couple more in the next 3 years. If you don’t then you are just one hit wonders like the teams that won flags after us

Raynor was absolutely Shithouse
Hipwood was embarrassing
Mitchell was better then Neale
Hill was 100%times better then Cameron (not bad for pick 40)
Frampton was disgraceful
McCarthy forgot the game goes for 4qtrs.
Mcluggage was average
Berry what a potato head
Stavavich was delist material
I didn't rate Archee game and kitty Coleman might’ve got it 45 times but he had more short steps then John Travolta.
The old Codger was useless.
Didn't get Hipwood off the ground and move Raynor to full forward.
Brisbane looked like a team that rocked out for a round 5 game not a grand final.
No urgency.
Soooo many miss tackles.
And some efforts to chase down we just awful to watch.
They were 1 goal away in the 2nd qtr from breaking the game open but allowed Collingwood back in with some really soft efforts.
not sure Brisbane were the 2nd best team.
Because 14 losses in the last 15 on the home of football isn't 2nd best team quality.
They looked like Geelong of 2017 today on the G. Absolutely lost.

Only 2 positives from today for mine.


Cameron, Daniher, Berry, Taynor, Neale, Hipwood and Zorko do not have Premiership Medals.

It wasn't the RFC that lost to that hive of tin arsery and shithousness.

They can get the Dance Monkey chick back who played at the Wunnnnderfull 2019 GF.
 
I noticed dumb Ch 7 missed Paul Stanley's guitar smash. Amazing....even though KISS did mime.....

Collingwood brought in Mitchell, McStay, Hill and Frampton in last October.
Hill for pick 40
Mitchell for Oliver Henry
Frampton 3rd rounder
And McStay free agent.

They won a flag with 1 goal from 2 of there key forwards. Milocheck
They were missing there ball winning midfielder Adams.
There 2 tall goes off the ground before half time
How shiit was Brisbane??
