Just watching the champships on fox and just wondering which soft outside player we are going to draft this year.

to go with Vlastuin, Conca Martin Cotchin etc.

yes we must stop drafting these soft outside types.

We could use a 'soft, outside' player if they can kick.

only switched on an halftime, but Caleb Daniel killing it for SA. Cutico (?) lively for Vic Country. Blowing a gale at Geelong. SA 8 goals up at 3q time

Your so wrong it isn't funny.
Which kid is so skilful and has great hands and kicks well, that we can destroy in 3 years

Wigg would be a good get with our 2nd/3rd round pick, great left boot.

Would love to get Brayshaw with our first pick :clap

Quite a contrast between the WA and SA teams. Conditions really suited the SA boys today

Can someone please fill us in on Paul Ahern?

Paul Ahern - 22 disposals, 14 uncont poss, 4 clearances, 6 inside 50s, 8 score involvements and 3 goals

WA squad is terrible. Weakest in years. The mosquito squad of SA played the conditions perfectly.

Was a horrible day of watching. Freezing, windy & hard to judge.

Looked so clean today, everything was one grab and swift decisive movement forward. And good pace.

Yeah, Ahern was all class. De Goey impressed too. Pickett barely sighted for WA. Garlett, on the other hand...

Daniel is a midget at 167, but is quick, skillful, and runs a 16 beep. Bit of Ballantyne, would be a good late pick.

Tyler Durdin the most impressive of the talls.

I'm not so sure the WA squad is terrible because there are some fine prospects that will feature prominently on draft day.

Freezing and windy conditions are a good test before the games at Etihad. I think some players today took a step forward without actually dominating.

I heard someone else call him that today. Nice prospect isn't he?
Quality. His marking really stood out, especially considering the conditions.

Who are the players you reckon took a step forward? And what do you know about Garlett?

How does he compare to a Brayshaw or Pickett? Do you see him as this years bolter come draft day?

No doubt there is some top end talent & I'm more sold on Pickett than before but once the top tier is gone, there is very little left.

The classier types define key handled the conditions well, Ahern and De Goey showed plenty today. One touch stuff.

Pickett perfect match for us Scooper?

Durdin is certainly one. Petracca must have his doubters having a rethink especially if they doubted his ability to be productive in the midfield. Ahern provided some terrific running. Moore showed his value and Goddard had his best game. Cordy went okay. I'll pass on commenting bout Garlett

Petracca impressed immensely. Could be anything.

Why no comment on Garlett?
