When will Bernie go !!

Don't put the last 21 seconds on the coach.
The onfield leaders had a job to do at that point

Into his 8th season and it's still happening. How many games have we lost in similar circumstances during his tenure? Shitloads.

We can not move forward with this lemon. He needs to go; the sooner the better.

It certainly looks that way .

We all knew how Ross and Fremantle would tackle this game and at the G and he allowed that instead of olaying to our strengths and what work/been working for us.

You feel Dimma will now go into his shell( old ways ),his the head cost and revert to his old game style!

You can just see it unfolding.

That happens then our season will be over within a month.

"Look, yeah, we,ll review the tape and learn from this, we just have to get better at it...."

100% correct Ridley. After 8 seasons his players still don't know what they are doing. If it's not Dimma's responsibility then whose is it?

Is that a serious post? You do know they have training sessions on how to ice the clock, right?

That last 25 seconds was typical Richmond. Let me ask you one simple question... If Ross Lyon was our coach, would we have blown it like we did today? The buck stops with the coach.

Has to go. People have had enough.

I hope there isn't a new contract being drawn up on the back of 5 wins to start the season.

Whole coaching group needs to take responsibility for the last 21 seconds. Leave Rioli in the F50. Man up in the middle. Everyone else down back. Not hard to ice the game with 21 seconds left.

I'm not sure how we are going to improve as a club if we continually accept mediocracy.

8 years at the helm for 3 finals appearances, zero wins in finals and a best result of 7th. 2017 shaping up as another mediocre season so what do we do? Do we just shrug our shoulders and hope 2018 will be better or do we say that zero wins in finals is simply not good enough after 8 years, thank Dimma for his efforts and replace him with someone else?

Stability versus change. Continued mediocracy versus a chance at something better. At some point even our administration would have to say 'enough is enough'.

We win the last 2 which were lost by under a kick and we sit a game clear on top of the ladder.

But we didn't.

Ifs, buts and maybes. The only thing that matters is the scoreboard. All the 'what ifs' in the world don't change the facts

Throw the sink at Clarkson.
The problem with that is apparently we are right on the soft cap for footy department spending (a lot of overpaid failures). For every dollar you spend over that, you have to give the AFL one as well. So, a $1.5 million contract for Clarko would cost us $3 million.

Can you back end a coaches contract in the same way you can the players Spook?
