Like a said sign him up for 10 yrs !! Longest serving coach without a finals win. Best in the industry, why would RFC want to lose him.
Making the finals ! break out the champagne, book in the end of season parties. Job done !!
I hope RFC and feel we can go all the way and win it this year (Adel or GWS imo are the teams to beat). Until such time we start WINNING finals, Dimma has proven nothing.

Not about Dimma, not a tuff choice. IF he fails to coach well in the finals in a open and gettable GF win this year, his papers are half stamped to be sacked imo.ninjahaha said:

But for now this about 6 years of people being jerks about the hardnut and anyone who dare say give him a chance! To have a chance at a flag for 4 out of 5 years deserves more respect than the gutless gutter sniping that has gone on here!
Didn't think Dimma had it in him, still have my doubts, but I'm sure as hell enjoying the ride he's got us on.

Sure, it's been a nice ride up to this point. I love being top four, history says it's the best way to launch a flag tilt.
But most level-headed folks here are waiting to see what happens where it counts. They are justified doing so given the club's recent history.
But I enjoy the cheer squad geeks barging in here with vitriol after a win, that's an entertaining sideshow to the glow of victory.

We can talk much about Dimma but it is also the players that need to stand up in the finals. We all blame the coach but players need to make that stand. As with most games this year, Dimma is not kicking the goals, the players are and if they can't convert there is only so much a coach can do. If players fumble under finals pressure, is that Dimmas fault too. It a club responsibility, both Coach and players need to stand up when it counts!
