What sort of player do we go for at Pick 12

If he's there at 12, take him as it will solve the small forward issue straight away.

He will be there at 12, no club would be mad enough to take him that early. As someone else mentioned, if his name were Daniel Smith no one would be talking about him as an option for 12. He's no Cyril!

We now have with our recent first rounders

C Ellis - midfield / forward
B Ellis - wing / half back
Vlas - half back
Lennon - half forward
Conca - inside mid
Vickery - CHF / Ruck

so I would go with this year either best available with a preference for a tall defender (which I doubt there is one available at that pick) so therefore another mid (inside) as I am not sure Conca is going to last the distance.

The talk of a small forward I am not as convinced as some.
