really? he plays the same way every week. the only difference lately is that he has slotted a couple of goals. He is a heart-and-soul player, works hard but not as skilled as he should be. Sometimes, his skills let him down. Nonetheless, he is the leader of our small forward wolf-pack and the first selected every week. Does he have the sublime skill of Rioli or the showmanship of Bolton? No. Does he earn his place? Resoundingly, yes. Would we rather someone with better skills? Of course, but only if they are prepared to work as hard as Georgie.

He fired up and answered his critics, like me. Love it when he does this. Is the pressure to keep his place bringing his best back out. Hope so b/c Bolton was brilliant and Baker is a mini-Dusty, with Butts trying hard to return from VFL. They all are at their best when they take the game on but still play team footy.

One of his best ever games and goals, surely GOTY contender. Well-done Jason. Just find consistency but know it's hard for a SF. Maybe give him some more midfield time when he can't find it?

Nothing wrong with big Ironmonger. Watched him pull off probably the best run down tackle you'd ever see, in a Grannie ( ressies ) in his last game in 89. Young Shai runs as hard without the ball and I'll be happy every time. Was the run that cost the moggies a flag.
