Congratulations to Nathan on a well earnt extension.
Is establishing himself as an important part of the defensive unit and improving weekly.
Cant ask any more than that from the guy considering he was facing extinction when he did his AC Joint in during pre season.
A nice shot of confidence for him coming into the Prelim.
Id be expecting him to go up another level or two next year if he keeps tracking as he has.

Although I have backed him, I'd be worried if Broady was to spend too much time on Lids because of his smarts. Lids is still a threat on the lead and strong overhead, great hands. Anyway, they played Lids down back a fair bit last week; think it'll happen again.
Has worked hard for his deserved contract extension so good on him. He now has the take his game a step further for next season
I reckon this bloke is going to be massively important to our chances on Saturday...... especially if he ends up getting a stopping role on Lynch.

This guy makes me very nervous. Would prefer him up the ground on lynch instead of isolated in the backline.
when he first came in i thought it was (in part) to give us match-ups against the crows.

Nathan has been an important part of our defence. He replaced Shorty who used the ball beautifully but when you rotate amongst their forwards he was sometimes caught out against taller opponents. Broad gives us that 5th negator and aerial presence which releases Ellis and Houli a little.
Shorty in time will take Houli's spot but ATM it's a very well balanced defence and Broad has been very solid.
