Really looking forward to watching this kid as he has serious wheels and cuts a swathe through the field and kicks really well. People will wonder in a couple of years time how we acquired him.
good, it's about time it was us picking up a kid like that for a change

Re: Welcome to the Tiggers - Connor Menadue

Hoskin-Elliot is 76kg, whom Menadue is probably more relatable to body type, and playing style wise.

Re: Welcome to the Tiggers - Connor Menadue

The weights seem to fluctuate depending on where you see it. It's usually within a few k's either way, but so far I've seen and heard at least 3 different weights for McKenzie.

Maybe, maybe not, given he looks a bit like WHE but Menadue would drag him backwards running wise. Menadue seems to be a jet with long range tank. WHE is more the freak player IS from the Hawks is probably the nearer the pin comparison.

If he has some of WHE's freak then that's a bonus.

Re: Welcome to the Tiggers - Connor Menadue

When I first heard his name the first thing that came to me was 'manetee'. We call them dugongs. Dugong could be a good nickname. Has ironic value as well, ie the smooth moving and super-slim Conner is about as far from a clumsy and pudgy sea creature as you can get. :help

Re: Welcome to the Tiggers - Connor Menadue

If hes related to the Menadues circa late 70s Sunshine FC he will be very quick very skilled and a good bloke as well.
He sure damn looks like them.

We can't call him Lemonade.

I'd call him Sticks. Some photos resemble a daddy long legs. ;D
