Welcome to the Tigers - Connor Menadue

Big step backward. Some of his efforts were woeful.

Was petrified today. Looked genuinely scared.

C Ellis and Menadue draft going to set the club back another couple years

Yeah both miles away. If Menadue didn't have pace he'd have nothing.

A bit shocked how poor he was. Bit of an overstatement but borderline cost us the game.

He's a PRE lovechild on the back of very little output. Have never seen anything to get excited about.

for the first 3 quarters yes, but was good in the last Q. One of few who kept running, great chase down tackle thats wasn't paid for reasons only known to the ump, ditto the contested mark he took in a pack of swans 30 metres out directly in front.

I thought he must have parked in the umpires spot, they crucified him on both of those. That make gets paid 8/10 times.

Thought it was obviously touched by multiple hands.

We had about 7 drafts in a row that have set us back years.

couldnt butcher more first and second round picks if we tried

We didn't get a replay, commentators were too busy enjoying their own awesomeness. But I thought he reached over and got first touch in the same way Hayward did against Short. Second and third touches were definitely all his.

100% correct Scoop.

As Jack Dyer would say 'he gets to where the ball ain't'. He gets there quickly though ;D

I said last game he's just Nathan Bower Mk2.

I was wrong, he's more Darren Bower....

His miss tackle of Jackoff in the last was *smile* poor. He looked like he wanted to go around him, instead of into him.
Tivendale part 2

They showed a replay at the ground. Clearly touched.

A few important contests I reckon he avoided putting his body on the line. Very disappointing.

Though he has probally had worse stat games and been seen less, I thought yesterday was his worst game, his had enough footy now to play better then that, which he has, however when it was his time to go he chose not too ( did put his head in a good spot re Buddy ) and that's bloody disappointing . Houli and BEliis get a lot of criticism for nit been hard at it, however there's plenty of times they go when it's there turn even though there not naturally hard. Menadue has time, however for an outside run an carry player he has to get the ball a lot more, big step back yesterday, however there's an opportunity against a young Carlton next week for him to redeem himself and take a big step forward. IMHO Carlton will get us next week, Jones will probally do well on Jack and all there agile backs will handle our smalls I'd say, big midfield battle.

7 drafts, your being Very generous. Since the AFL draft was introduced in 1987 it has crippled this club.
The near miss's, the non selections, the worse development , the list goes on.

Why was Vickery drafted? His old man worked at the club
Why was Conca a top 10 pick let alone a top 100 pick
Why since the Griffens, why haven't we selected a tall with our first pick?
