Carlton needed to play him in defence with their young list, as it was only Yarran or the boundary umpires who could get the footy out of the Carlton backline!

But I reckon Yarran is more damaging in the forward half and we have more need for him/his pace/his skill in the forward half as well. Hopefully it works itself out.
