Ducked his head in the air at least twice last nite.
Clark must keep playing, getting to good spots, hasn’t adjusted to the pace yet but shows things. And has real pace, something we lack.
Extremely hard at man with ball , however has shirked many when having to stand under the pill. Certainly wouldn’t call him soft though
Clarke was more prominent than I’ve seen him before. Earned his spot. He’ll probably get dropped next week so we can bring Broad back, but keep Mansell in the team for that vital role he plays.
I thought Clarke made a few poor sometimes rushed decisions & missed targets he should hit.

At one point on the weekend he had the pill on the wing and was assessing slowly, saw nothing he liked ahead and was about to be tackled by Langdon who is quick - he didn't panic and put the jets on and took off like the Road Runner with the Coyote Langdon on his hammer with a stick of dynamite - and even took a bounce. Loved it, he does have wheels.
I agree with someone else, change up a wingman, I think Short needs to stay behind the ball, Clarke to a wing, and maybe Pickett as a back up ruck, or KAmdyn somewhere else - 9 touches last week.

If the season is cooked we need to get more games into Clark, Sonsie and Ryan
Gee some folks write off young players pretty quick. I remember a few years ago many on here wrote off a bloke called Shane Edwards, he turned out to be pretty handy.
At least let these blokes get to 50/60 games before we write them off.

Clarke has some things to work on. That doesn't mean people are jumping off him.
RCD was on the list for 4=5 years, most of these young'uns that we're talking about have only been there 1 season or less.
Reckon he'll be the sub. We don't like using the same sub in multiple games (so should rule out Hugo) and with Juddy being a 2nd year player, he might just not a bit of a recharge coming back in for a few 6 game breaks in between.
