Welcome Hugo Ralphsmith

Needs to become the Richmond version of what Isaac Smith has been for the Hawks and the Cats.

Needs to toughen up and be harder at the contest too, as that is his biggest weakness in my view.
Hold on, 'harder at the contest' who?
Smith and Duncan have 'Avoid' signs under there jumpers.
Ralphsmith needs to learn how to hit targets and also stay involved in game not just 10 minutes, from the start to the siren

Enjoyed the sprint win but running like the wind isn't much good if you turn the ball over.
Disposal needs to improve to make it as an AFL player.

Should but no guarantees - some have it on Day One (Sonsie) and some don't.
Correct.
I’ve been trying to slow my golf swing down for years.
And I’ve got no one trying to tackle me from behind whilst I’m trying to do it.
Composure can be illusive

His name has come up.
I'm not as big a fan of Hugo as some. Really dislike his disposal & decision making under pressure.
Might be best for both parties if he's traded. Feel he'll get more opportunity at the Giant$.

I 'm in your camp ToOts. Agreed.

Whilst I'd like to keep Hugo, his name would be in the prefer to keep but not untouchable column IMO.

I’d prefer Hugo instead of Soldo being part of the trade. Both Ivan and Nank have been instrumental in our success over the last 6 years. Not necessarily in tandem but in holding the fort together through serious injury periods. Our backups in Chol and CCJ fell by the wayside and it’s too early to rely on Samson or Miller filling that void. Injury-free Soldo is still a serious weapon for our new supercharged mid-field to work off.

If necessary I’d rather see both HR-S and Jack Ross go if that’s what it takes to lock-down Hopper for 7 years. Cotchin, Martin and Prestia won’t be around for too much longer!

Hugo's still developing and is rushed with his disposal, but when he sees a gap he's able to split the guts of the ground open with his run. With his speed and stamina, the wing will be his spot one day, as well as whenever Marlion is suspended for scaring the maggots.

Dimma looks to strengths rather than weaknesses. Hugo's still developing but with a trajectory that's looking sharper than K-Mac's after he was first drafted. Kingsley's seeing this too.

KMac was tough from day one.
Just ask Judd
