Needs to become the Richmond version of what Isaac Smith has been for the Hawks and the Cats.

Needs to toughen up and be harder at the contest too, as that is his biggest weakness in my view.

Doesn't need to build a tank clocked 6:12 in 2km time trial at combine, improvements required a bit better in the contest and cleaner by foot but I reckon he has a lot more upside

I think I understand now why his disposal is a bit iffy. He is running too damn fast to hit the barn door.

Agree , biggest issue for me is he has long lapses in games where he has no impact ,as do a lot of youngsters . Going to be a good player imho
