Regardless, it's a results business. Success is all that matters.

If Ben can make our players fitter, prevent injuries, and get them back on the park ASAP after an injury then I wouldn't give a rats if he's challenging to work with.

He has a good CV, great experience so let's not get nervous before he's even started right AT?

I remain nervous Nico but he obviously deserves the benefit of the doubt.

We have a few boys coming back from ACL's so his expert knowledge in this area will be invaluable.

Dow has a small frame but he looks like he is lifting weights to me. He is clearly one of these small framed players who is always going to look small, as his brother does .

My hope with Dow is he hits puberty this off season.

Needs to be able to break and stick tackles.

This will massively ratchet up his confidence.

Banks can join Dow in the gym. These guys just aren’t big/strong enough to go against the big boys from Lions, Cats, Blues.
I know running is the most important facet of football but it doesn’t mean you have to look like a WW2 POW to get that advantage.
