Trent Cotchin (Merged)

Cotchin has been running on thin all season. Was that a hit worth a suspension? The AFL dosent know why would the average bloke at home know.
But the non stop sniggering all year about our players and our entire team, is *smile*.
We might have over 100000 supoorters, but the haters are out there too.
Dwayne Russell, Roo's, the Scott brothers, the Parrot, Brownless, Cornes, the list is long.
The best way of shoving all this up their ass's, is to slap Adelaide off the G.

Crude but succinct and accurate.

Has anyone bothered to point out that Shiel went back on to the ground?
I still think that if the only point of blame on Cotchin is that Shiel was concussed, then surely the fact that he went back on the ground absolves Cotchin of that blame ... on two counts ...
1. he was deemed well enough to go back on
2. anything else that happened then (e.g. Astbury) might have contributed to it.

Trent Cotchin lined up Dylan Shiel and knocked him out. Dylan Shiel was BOG at the time. Then our man got off. It's a great country.

I was standing in AFL members and the chimp ran straight at us. I have no doubt he knew what he was doing. He locates Shiel before driving at the ball, knowing Shiel would be hit with force. That he took him out of the game was simply good fortune, and as spook suggests, Shiel's lack of awareness.

Ha ha there has been some media commentators, including Chocco and Barrett who have suddenly gained a medical degree saying he was clearly concussed from Cotchin without any real knowledge. The GWS medical team weren't even sure.

Shiel played quite a good 10 minutes following the Cotchin incident.

To me Shiel looked like he didn't know whether he was Arthur or Martha straight after the hit.

I know you're taking the *smile* but I think Chocco claimed Shiel was BOG or close to it at the time. I've just forensically watched the footage up to the hit. Shiel had had two handball receives for one effective handball and one smothered handball. He got another 5-6 touches AFTER Cotch hit him. Before that he was not a factor.

Described by Lethal as leading like M.Voss. Decent accolade.

Hope he goes just as hard this week.

He nearly kicked three goals in the ten minutes between the Cotchin hit and the Astbury hit. It was the best ten minutes of football anyone has played all year. We were just lucky he wasn't hit a third time.

Yeah. They've become ringside doctors. Hilarious and farcical to listen to.

The captain is sure to lead by example on Saturday. Cotchin will be as hard as at the man and the contest. May his team mates follow their skipper's lead.

Weird thing is, he's always been this hard at the footy. Nothing has changed in that regard.

Outside footy world is a strange thing.

It's ridiculous, B. I've heard people say, "I thought Cotchin was soft" - I'm like, "Did you think he was blonde, too?"
