This question needs to be answered in two parts. Yes, definitely worth pick 6 as I reckon the top tier will be off the board and he has a well rounded game. Worth 750k? Not when you are dumping players like SPS who has been mismanaged from the outset. Carlton have a disgusting record with some of their list management decisions. Trading Betts during his prime, ditching Grigg for Collins, offloading Jacobs at precisely the wrong time for a ruck, letting Henderson go and keeping limited players like Levi Casboult. I could go on but you get the point.
As for our ruck situation, precarious, think we need to start sniffing around players like Williams from West Coast or bring in a behemoth like Sean Darcy and strip him down to a suitable playing weight. Can't waste anymore time developing talls when all they do is walk when number 1 ruck duties beckon.
