Good luck Punters. Remote if you need a chop out or I can help in anyway just let me know. Bit far to go to Canberra to help you, but can run the Punters Club if that is of any help (including putting bets on etc.)

Tiger44 - Thank you for your offer - might have a chat about it later in the week as I need time away from my business and will be taking my son Stuart on a Dad and Lad 8 day Road Trip from Sunday 25 September.
It would be good too - to have a respite from here for a week or two.

Ol' mate you did not fail anybody this is just good fun - I did not get to see or hear the race - was it a close 2nd?
Just saw the dividends - had you gone eachway you would still have been in the chair next week.
Not to worry - we still love our horses and the mighty Tigers.
Hope Captain Blood does OK at Swan Hill this week........cheers RT

Very generous of you, RT. I really don't know what made me say "all up" on Salter, when each-way could have been the obvious bet. It's not like me and my wife Marg told me off after the race! Best of luck with your next tipsters.

Crystal Lily dropped dead during trackwork and Glen Boss suffered a broken arm, putting him off the scene for a while. I can't believe so many horses are dying this way recently and it could need looking into closely by racing authorities.

Good one, Rosy! I think Chase The Rainbow is a sensational colt and if his legs can stand up to the "harder" track today, you'll get a great run from him.

Hello Punters
Remote is off on a well earned break so I have taken off the green vest and been substituted for Remote just for this week. As Rosy had a scratching last week and Bernie didn't submit tips I suggest we go again with the same two tipsters, Rosy and Bernie.
There is an excellent meeting in Sydney on Saturday and Melbourne on Sunday (starting at 10.30am!) so if I could have your prognostications by late Friday I will put bets on the Victorian TAB (don't have all the options that Remote does). If I don't hear from Bernie by Saturday morning the next cab off the rank is ....... me, so will post by midday Saturday to let everyone know.

Tiger 44, shame about Chase A Rainbow as I'm sure he would have run extremely well. But Rick Hore-Lacy is entitled to look after his horse's legs on a hard track. I suggest you keep Chase A Rainbow in mind, Rosy, as he is very promising.

Thanks T44. If I can have my bet at the Valley tonight I'd like $5ew on Race 3 Horse 2, Emerald Downs, please.
If I can't have that I'll have to pass. I have to go to work soon and don't have the fields for the weekend so won't get a chance to give you any other tip by tonight.
