The new program on Fox "The Recruit" has a few draft prospects that I wouldn't mind getting to Richmond.

The volleyballer at 204cm and is very athletic. Waylan the young indigenous player is a smooth mover but lacks endurance for starters.

I quite enjoyed episode 1. There were some strange choices in the original 50 though. A guy who was 31 and a few park footballers who had park footballers body shape. Were never going to get drafted.

They probably didn't want to be seen as ageist

Manson has the most talent but I doubt he'll be able to get his head around what's required. The volleyballer and the basketballer probably have the best chance. There was one other guy - Hutchison I think? - who was quick and a good size, lovely mover.

:rofl this place would melt down if we recruited some bush footballer or untried wannabe. There is a reason why they haven't been recruited.
I hope we do because the thread alone would make some cracking reading.

Don't like it at all. A sporting version of the bachelor. 50 blokes start. 6.5 km run from etihad to the g. 5 blokes eliminated from the big football brother house before kicking a footy. On what basis? Ummmmmm Manson finished last and he stays in? Then we have a praccy game and blokes get shunted during the game. "You're 31, you won't make it, see you" Why invite the poor so and so in the first place? Why not let him okay out the game instead of booting him out at quarter time. The psychologist seems to have opinions listened too outside her field of expertise as well. What will they do next? Have Vossy lovingly look into the young blokes eyes and hand them a footy so they can go to next week while wistfully looking at the fella's who don't make the cut while saying what a shame it was as they slowly trudge off the training track? Was looking forward to the show. Won't waste my time next week.

I dont have a choice as dont live in OZ, but reality show and sport is just plain dumb, although with with what ppl will watch these days nothing surprises me, couldnt believe theres a show called sex box, my god, hasnt humanity taken a dive!! I call RED CARD!!!!

I reckon as one of the challenges, they should have to spend a night in bed with wayne carey and tania hird.

Rubbish show. Bloke comes last in one of the 2 challenges and is kept.
They have there favorites already.
I reckon Armitage and the SA forward will be drafted

Separately or together?

Defo together. The Recruit becomes the meat in the sandwich, so to speak. Should sort the wheat from the chaff.

It isnt Waylon Manson is it?
