A few may have been sweating on him, myself included.

I wonder what the chances of a fall to 26 in the real dance will be? Our club could do a lot worse than this young fella.
Who knows ToT.This years draft is so open and even.
BF Phantom Draft they are upto pick 28 with the Likes of Ellis,Paine and few others up for grabs.

Yep saw that. I am very suprised Ellis is still on the board. Would be staggered if that happend in the real thing.

Chances are we should get two solid footballers with our first 2 picks.

GWS will probably have to take a key defender or two with a couple of their picks regardless of whether they are 'priced' right in draft terms. That will probably shuffle the draft a bit. They'd be desperate for another key forward but again probably will have to reach for one. So things could look odd at the top. They did last year with GC for the same reason.

Didn't GWS recently add a couple of KPD types? Mohr and someone, or did I get that mixed up? That's why I didn't go for someone like Talia.

they added Mohr, the other mature pick they added was a back flanker i think. i would guess they would look to add another KPD, to go with Mohr and Davis.

How long do we give Tigion?

At the moment they have Brogan and Giles in the ruck (so will add Longer for sure). Cameron and Falou as key forwards (so will take Patton). Davis and Mohr in defence. After that the next tall off the ranks is probably The Chad. Only other guys around 190 they have are Bruce (who is rubbish) Golds and Hombsch who are more flanker types. Right now there is every chance that Callan Ward will have to be their FF. So they are going to have to find some big blokes from somewhere.

TD, I was referring to the BF Phantom draft.

My mistake. There is another guy I considered taking with my last pick who I am surprised is still on the board.

Does anyone know how they will get James MacDonald onto their list? Do they have to use an ND pick, or a PSD pick to do it? What if they want Setanta, Ladson and Paul Bevan as well?

They have a couple of rubbish ND picks so they might use them, I guess.

On second thought, this is really a very dumb question. They will just invoke Paragraph 23, sub-section 4 A of their Draft Concession Agreement. The clause that says: “If GWSuperFund wants to do something that the rules don’t allow, they can just do it anyway. In order to verify that everything is above board, the AFL will launch an immediate investigation to into why the rules were too restrictive in the first place.”

I still think they have to use a National Draft pick on Tom Scully’s Dad, seeing as his salary falls under their salary cap.

If you yourself are picking fev before stk then this is as obvious conflict of interest as it was when eddie mcguire was commentating pies games on 9... realistically no ones going near fev, especially brand new teams - lets try to keep this as realistic as possible
