It is not that difficult to stop leaks - just have all the staff, players, Board members sign non-disclosure agreements with massive financial penalties loaded into the contract if any confidential information is leaked. Benny Gale is a lawyer and we look better for it too.

Hardwick named AFL coach at Tigers
Damien Hardwick is the new coach at Richmond, winning the job at the AFL club ahead of Ken Hinkley.
The Tigers will formally announce Hardwick's appointment on a three-year deal at a Wednesday morning media conference.

I'm happy with the decision, was my 1st choice.
Hopefully he can come in with a strong view on our short and long term future and can do something about it.

Some Hawk mod on BF said Hardwick is normally emotionless but at training today he had a big smile on his face.
Not happy that we're hearing about it before it's announced....grr but welcome aboard. Wanted him from the start, deviated to Hinkley then changed back to Hardwick about a week ago. They were that close in my mind!
