Pretty certain no-one has any idea who will get the job out of hinkley and hardwick.
No leaks, just people's opinions so it sits 50/50 at the moment.

Looks like Hutchy, Robbo, Caro, Jakey, Damien, Patty, Greggy and the others have all made a pact. If RFC aren't going to leak accurate information to them then they are not going to report anything. Nothing. Zilch. Nada. Niente. Rien. Nichts. They are not even going to speculate.
We may not find out for months if they keep this up. We might have to go to the first match next year and wait for the after-match press conference to find out.
Tiger74 said:they actually said that during the telecast, something along the lines of regardless of which candidate gets the gig, these players are in for a pre-season the likes of which they have never had before.
dire said:I know i'm slow but what has Jade done wrong? Hinkley, Hardwick, dammit gromit (anyone but wallace) are a risk as coach. Rawlings from where i stand has made a great start is now best positioned to make decisions on player futures.Whoever gets the coaching job out of the two finalists at best has an outsiders perspective and about a month until they have to make crucial list decisions.. hardly ideal. Another year potentially lost to go with the past 5.
On the subject of Richo and Cousins ..keep Cousins and decide if Richo can be our Bradley or Harvey ie play into his late 30's if his body is sound his dedication to the cause can't be faulted and there will be a lot of youngsters you would expect who will need to see genuine champions and the level required for a premiership ...hence keep Cousins and subject to physical firmness Richo.
geoffryprettyboy said:Hickley is now the clear favourite, has said exactly what the heirarchy of the RFC wanted to hear. As for Harddick, well sometimes telling the truth isn't really good. Apparently Damien has read the RFC the Riot Act and has advised them he will be taking the broom and sweeping most of the footy department out the door and will bring his own team to take over. Apprently some softcokks at the RFC are bitter about his proposed changes and the truth and don't like that too much.
Dyer Disciple said:After you've done that, consider this draft is going to be the shallowest in some time for a variety of factors. Not JUST the Gold coast influence. So of all years, this year is not the year to do it.
I understand your sentiment, but it is just not realistic IMO.

May be related to what was mentioned on triple MMM yesterday about presentations being made yesterday, however my source thought that the presentations would be made to the board tomorrow night and we should hear a decision by Wednesday.
I suppose time will tell.

Is that a question or statement TT2.tigertime2 said:The decision has already been made - but not announced.

That is the way I understood too, if you are stating that.
Or should I more correctly say that was the inference they made.
And the winner is?tigertime2 said:The decision has been made by Cameron. The board just need to ratify it if they have not already done so.

Mike Sheehan just stated On The Couch, that Hardwick has his nose in front to get the job. He either knows something or as usual is just pulling something from out his ar$e.Tigerbob said:I heard Cameron wanted Hardwick.
I heard Hinkley has it.
I then heard no Hardwick has it.
Now I have heard Hinkley is currently at the club.
I love the fact I have no idea.
Well played Richmond! :clap

Just wait until Footy Classified later on tonight. There will be more guess work by Hutchy andd Caro.Tigerbob said:He has a 50/50 chance and he like all other journo's have no credibility if he gets it wrong.
He knows nothing. Like everyone else other than the men about to make the decision.

No doubt. The fact he knows absolutely nothing would be killing him.Tigerbob said:Look forward to it.
I suppose we will see Hutchy with a banana peel on his shoulder after scrummaging around in our bins.
