The I ❤️ Collingwood thread.

That Ned Guy interview was devastatingly bad. PR disaster. Poor bloke look liked he was on death row.

Ive watched list builds and drafting pretty closely the last 20 years, I’ve never seen anything like this. Cap mismanagement of historic proportions.

The only saving grace is that they get the youngest Daicos as a father son next year and he’s already being touted as a top 3 pick in a stronger draft.

This is so bad I’m not even laughing, actually feel bad for pies fans. Shocking incompetence from their off field team.

Eddie is only silent when he knows he's on a hiding to nothing. Read what Stephenson said and you can see the club culture is toxic. Stephenson had to call Buckley to ask what was going on. Other than that call he made, no one from the club called Stephenson.
Maybe that says more about Stephenson.

2017- Adelaide went downhill quick after being destroyed by us the the granny
2018- we didn’t make the granny but gave Collingwood the delusion that they were so close to being premiers ( gastro and injuries had us understrength that night I believe)
2019- Giants looking like imploding now with players wanting out after being humiliated by us in the granny
2020- Too early to tell with the cats but there is a pattern forming here with our opponents in our last game of the season
:))

Man it was as bad as you guys made out. Not sure why he agreed to the interview. And i like how he clarified that they wouldn't be trading out any more players until next year's trade period.

Not sure of his employment history in football but i think he will be looking at a different field pretty soon

The Ned Guy interview was like watching Jenny Mikakos trying to explain the success of the Hotel Quarantine!

With 9-10 whatever games at the Cattery they will be thereabouts as much as I would love the opposite to occur and miss the 8... or even miss top 4.

Was a player manager I believe ??

This is true and I believe the boy can really play, but I have it on good authority that he is a total FIGJAM of the highest order which isn’t going to do a lot for the Pies culture. And it goes wider when you look at all the father sons and the broader context of that organisation and how decisions around list management work. Happy days

I thought North imploding was bad.
Collingwobbles have topped it.
It’s like Christmas has came early.
Thank you Santa Jesus
