Theyll be paying part of Treloars and now he will be playing against them ........................ delicious, I wouldnt be surprised if they are paying small parts of Phillips also.

Hopefully they are coughing up for Stephenson also, the Kangas will have the cap space but hopefully they arent paying all of it.

Treloar, Phillips and Stephenson thats a lot of run out of their first 22, all of them handy goal kickers too.

You know, I think in hindsight that we did better with our 4 first round picks in the infamous 2014 draft than the pies did with their 4 first rounders on those two players - can you believe it...... :rotfl2 :rotfl1:rotfl2:clap2:eyes:clap2

More spin than my washing machine.

We traded them out as we wanted to trade into the draft to get elite talent, no salary cap issues here.

I think the thing is that Guy got them out of a situation that wasn't his making.

Pies have too much power concentrated in to few people, which is OK if they are the right people but devastating if they aren't. A couple of very big egos running the show at the Pies, and Guy isn't one of them, but will probably pay the price.

The great thing is with Edwardos ego and the fact that he believes he is the greatest footy brain going around , there’s no way he’ll change any of this mess.......sacked Malthouse, got rid of Pert, screwEd over the Great Neil Balme . Just like Essendon we can only hope they stick fat with each other.

A lot of criticism of Guy & the Pies salary cap but I still find the Pies complete silence during this period intriguing. Much of it is speculative, would love to be a fly on the wall of that club & find out what is really going on here.

It was bizarre. Claimed it was all to do with getting back into the draft to get some elite talent, BUT they gave away some elite talent to probably pick up worse players.

As I said elsewhere, more spin than my washing machine.
