Not so much the video but St Kilda refusing to accept picks 4 & 7 will place enormous pressure on the lad. Personally I would have made the trade, McCartin / Wright + Laverde / Weller seems to be more bang for the buck. Petracca is good but is he that much better than say David Swallow? Scully? Whitfield? History has shown that 2 picks in the top 7 are generally superior to pick 1, I wonder if this will be Pelican's lasting legacy.

From this scenario it would appear that picks 4 & 7 would at least break even, more often than not trumping the output of a pick 1. Petracca is good but is he worth two players? I have my doubts, history has been pretty clear where this has been concerned.
