I assume each club would need to get in principle support from their players prior to the draft.

I can see how it works with picks and those being drafted although in all honesty I can’t see it making a fundamental change to how it works now.

The introduction of trading future picks had a dramatic change though

Yeah, I get it. I was just looking through the listed rucks for the VFL sides. Not much there, Tom Goodwin from Coburg but he’s just a battler, not much overall.
