the 2025 draw.

What rubbish Dreamtime on a Friday. Has been an annual weekend in Melb for years for out-of-towners. Go down after work Friday and stay until Sunday. I know plenty of people who do that. AFL just *smile* that up for Country supporters of both teams (and the businesses in Melb who benefit from it).

Not to mention those that do the Long Walk before the game. Going to be tough for the people that actually pay to physically go to games to see the pre game entertainment if they're working as well. There was nothing wrong with it being on the Saturday night

Guess it's lucky for me that we'll be fairly crap next year. Old fart be sneaking off for a couple of O/S veg outs n gunna miss the opening flogging off Carlscum n then the last 3 limp to mad Monday games as well. I'll be back just in time to ignore the finals, so might just watch a few late season Storm games instead.

Haven't had a good look at it yet. Just a brief eye over it for us. I'm sure though Geelong have another soft draw like they always do.

As for us, doesn't look as bad as last year at first glance. We have a toughish first 5 rounds but not as bad as last year with all the away games. The teams we play twice seem ok. Plus, only 5 Sunday games in the first 15 rounds it appears. Was expecting a lot more.

No real complaints for me re the draw , can’t expect prime time games when you’ve won the spoon , however why do these incompetent clowns decide to move one of the most popular gatherings at a game of the past 19 seasons , if it’s not broke will *smile* break it should be there new moto , won’t be long now and they’ll be hiring Dudoro

The only thing that could make our draw easier is playing ourselves

Good pick up. I was confused why they would change the Dreamtime but now makes sense, no FTA on saturdays
Its stuffed our night up, 2 up from the country so they wont make it and another that starts work at 3.00am Saturday morning. Saturday night was perfect so there is 4 that won't be going this year.

Our 2025 draw is a commercial disaster. Only 1 Blockbuster home game between round 1 and round 18. From round 18 on we play Essendon, Collingwood and Geelong however by then our cubs will be fatigued and the crowds will not be there. The club needed to push for more early home games ( only 2 at the G in first 8 rounds) ! With the drop coming in membership and a massive new debt on the way ( redevelopment) it’s going to get ugly! Bring on the draft which is our new hope 🐅🐅🐅

It’s a pipe dream but wouldn’t it be great to hurt the finals chances of one or more of those teams with a big upset :ROFLMAO:

They’ve deliberately screwed us from a commercial viewpoint. Considering that we’re always well supported and that we bring in money and don’t go begging to them like foldnorf and St Failure I don’t understand why they go out of their way to disadvantage us.

I love it! Very clever by the media team. Well done.
Yeah @caesar and I were both down watching training late in the season when Simon Matthews walked past and chatted to the new media lead they had just hired. I think she started in early August.

It's funny how we only played Geelong once we were good and now that we are rubbish we play them twice.
How many other top 4 sides get the wooden sooner twice???
Hocking still pulls the strings

**** Geelong. Have a look at their concessions yet again.

10 home games. 5 games at the G. Play us, Essendon and St Kilda twice. They've got a soft start again and will go 4-1 over their first 5.
