Freo at the Barossa, eh? Bet if we get them in Melbourne at all it will be at Marvel, also at the most inconvenient, media unfriendly time possible.
The gather round is our home game so if we play them again it will be in Perth.Freo at the Barossa, eh? Bet if we get them in Melbourne at all it will be at Marvel, also at the most inconvenient, media unfriendly time possible.
So 2 away games. Awesome. Not sure why they want this, but the AFL seem determined to drive us out of the league. The gather round is our home game so if we play them again it will be in Perth.
Not sure it is aimed at Richmond. Apart from the two Adelaide clubs that very other game has a Melbourne club as the home team.So 2 away games. Awesome. Not sure why they want this, but the AFL seem determined to drive us out of the league.
It’s not just that, it’s the lopsided umpiring, the continual pot shots from the media. What do you think our season draw will be? A lot of Sunday games, we’ll have to go to Kardinia, but other big Melbourne clubs won’t, we’ll get Marvel every chance they can, and even in Completely Unwanted and Unnecessary Round we get Barossa. The only other Victorian team that gets Barossa is Norf. Not sure it is aimed at Richmond. Apart from the two Adelaide clubs that very other game has a Melbourne club as the home team.
No idea why
Not correct. Neither team is the "home team" for reach a round. The gather round is our home game so if we play them again it will be in Perth.
I think the rules are whatever the AFL decide on a whim. Not correct. Neither team is the "home team" for reach a round.
Last year we were listed 1st against the Saints, but then had the honour to host them again later in the year- @ Marvel.
In that case, we should've been fixtured to play Foldnorf at the vineyard. Big mistake AholeFL!Not correct. Neither team is the "home team" for reach a round.

Just another dose of AFL back scuttling a few Vic teams. Not all of them, just a certain some.Interesting all interstate teams are away teams so diluting home ground advantage for a lot of Vic clubs.
Selling home games is a club choice. Both S.A. clubs get a home gather game advantage against interstate oppo instead of a neutral derby. Perhaps they should be made to play at a neutral rural ground to minimise their obvious advantage.I
In the current H&A fixture, each team gets 11 home games, 11 away games and a Gather Round game. Then some teams elect to have some home games away from home eg Hobsrt, Launceston. Alice springs, Darwin, Perth, Ballarat.
Still better than playing at MarvelSlowly Slowly the game is going to the *smile*.
A club with 100k members gets pushed out to the barrossa with a capacity of 15k.
Not sure what's worse Norwood oval or this crap
The AFL hate us bad.
How do u get a ticket??Perfect chance for some of the PRE toffs to sip a few chardies and see their old favourites Dennis Walter and Kamahl pump out their brilliant and extensive back catalogues. Then watch the Tigers do their laugh-a-bits impression.
The perfect day on the green
I'd actually like to attend this round one year but they make the whole experience so bloody difficult to organise. It's all too hard & that makes it unappealing.Slowly Slowly the game is going to the *smile*.
