Team v Brisbane.

Defensively they definitely look beatable.

Andrews will go to Lynch
They have used Gardiner and Lester on Jack and Dusty in the past. They need to use Adams (big and strong but I don't think his footy smarts are great) on Jack and I see no-one except for a 2nd gamer or 9th gamer to be able to go with Dusty when he goes forward.

If we can isolate Dusty forward when he goes there, reckon he can kick a bag.

Both sides missing some of their best mids, we know our outs, they have Neale and Berry who are 2 of their best 3 mids.
Last time Adam’s played on Martin, Martin kicked 6

The so called experts always go on about a teams bottom 6 (now7?)
If you go through the 2 teams I reckon ours has got theirs covered.

Would you say ours is..... Ross, Aarts, Naish, RCD, HRS which is only 5 plus the sub ? (It's disrespectful to put a premiership player on this list)
As against theirs..... Robertson, Prior, Mathieson, Madden, Coleman, Adams, AhChee, Robinson ... that's 8 plus the sub!

Can't see us losing to be honest!

We have no chance. Going through the teams I can not see us kicking more the 10 goals. This could get ugly for us.
(Just trying to balance some of the positive on here)

I heard that during the Captains Run, only CCJ and Caddy were involved suggesting one of them is the sub

Glad Mansell is 'managed'; has been knocked around a bit lately. One less target for Robinson and Zorko. So Ross a better choice; he's a hard nut. And would have much preferred Caddy to be in for Hugo. Not that he won't become a handy player. Just think a hardened veteran that doesn't put up with any crap would be a far better option. This is a big game against a team that really are out to try and beat us up.

Oh, and CCJ for Naish - even though I liked his game last week. Lions play a heap of talls - McInerney, Hipwood, Daniher, Andrews and McStay, Adams.
It's the right game to play CCJ. Nank will be worn down.

Ross, RCD, Bakes, Graham, Pickett and Aarts to rotate through the midfield, allowing Dusty to play 80% forward and kick 6.

That would be a very inexperienced midfield. Can't see it personally. Dusty will spend quite a bit of time in the midfield to make up for the inexperience.

Dusty will play a similar mix to last week IMO which I think would have been around 70/30 mid/fwd

Love all the optimism on here.
Wish I could be so certain of winning.
With all our newbies we are surely vunerable
Hoping to win but won't be surprised if we lose big time.
