Yep. We could only cover these weaknesses for so long. Amazing we did so really.
We have some work ahead of us to get up there again next year.

We peaked too early.
West coast had a mid year slump and Collingwood are firing now (they lost the first 2 games of the year)
Nakas isn't as bad as people are making out. He was bugged. Rucking all year
I agree we need a *smile* load more midfielders on the list.
No guarantees next year.

We finished on top with 2 games and 15% clear. We had a really bad night when it mattered but that doesn't erase the fact we are the best team of 2018.

Must admit, I'm a bit happy with some reviews from the AFL media (Whateley included) virtually saying that we weren't right for the night and was a main reason we lost (bringing up Dusty and Dave many times). Some Scumwood dills calling in feeling upset that we're using excuses, but Whateley, David King, Stephen Quartermain and even Derm last night all implying that we still ARE the better team. Also adding that with Lynch, we'll be flag favourites next season again.

Scumwood and it's supporters (how many bandwagon??) can just GAGF!!!

Best team this year wont be playing in the grand final just like the best team in the EPL last year didn't play in the FA Cup or best team in the A league didn't play in the A league grand final.

It's a real pity because a West Coast Richmond GF would have been a ripper of masters of contrasting styles.

Your lack of respect for the quality of our players including 8 named in the AA squad is astounding

I laughed at that Scumwood dill calling SEN this morning whinging that we can't be the best team at the G until we win 2 flags in a row (WTF?)

David King had to remind him we won 22 straight breaking the previous record. Scumwood supporters need education.

Look Congrats to Collingwood. They did it on the night but if the AFL didn't have a compromised and deliberately slanted draw they would most likely have finished bottom half of the 8. Only snuck into 4th with flukey wins against Brisbane and Freo.

We don’t have the best list Mutton. We had the best gameplan though, until it gradually got worked out. I reckon the two best lists are playing on Saturday, both have made the big dance having coped with injuries that would have floored us.

But you like so many tiger supporters like to think we are the best thing since sliced bread and pick the sh!t out of everyone else as not being in the same league, and make excuses when we get beaten or play poorly as e did towards the end of the home and away. While you and they have had your heads up your arse the competition has gradually caught us. You can believe whatever you want, I’m quite content over here.
