Well that’s easy then because based on today we still have 3 or 4 notches to go before we get to maximum!

The haters are lining up... We aren't finishing well Lately maybe missing Bulter, if we can fix that dept up great ready for another WEG poster

Jake Niall next....calling them a 75% premiership team and using injuries excuse again. All praise for the Pies.

Love the fact they are being pumped up. The fall will be so much fun.

Who in the top 8 have they beaten?

How many times have they travelled especially to SA & WA. Hey Gill?? I can see a 17 MCG fixture for them next season while we continue with 5 or 6 interstate again.

They went to Adelaide, Brisbane, GC. They go to Sydney next week and finish in Perth.
One hard game out of 5.
Next year, they will hopefully cop west coast twice, GWS twice and us Twice

Personnel is one thing but our pressure was patchy yesterday. When we brought the heat the magpies didn’t handle it but we dropped off at times.

I don’t expect that to happen in a final

If anyone could explain the prior opportunity rule to me I would appreciate it. Broad and Nank were both tackled and wrapped up immediately in first quarter contests yesterday, no chance whatsover of getting a disposal off. Free kicks against. Others who were tackled and dropped the ball like a hot potatoe - play on.

Don't change the rules, fix this prior, no prior, incorrect disposal, dropping the ball chook raffle - because at the moment, it's not shades of grey, it's pure chance what the umpires call will be.

The Broad one was correct. He was not pinged for holding the ball but incorrect disposal because he had one arm pinned. It was the perfect tackle as the rule is now because he has to show intent to dispose when tackled and the only way he could do that was drop it or throw it.

.

Yep not quite right as he did not dispose of it at all, (he hung onto it the entire time) so could not of been incorrect disposal. What he could of done was drop it, upon which it is 50/50 incorrect disposal free kick or ball has come out during the tackle, so play on.

So if he hangs on to the ball the decision is a raffle, if he let's go of the ball, the decision is a raffle.

Kane Cornes in the footy show intro, Dees superb( beat a team not in the 8 ) Tiges beat injury riddled Pies or words to that effect.

Tony Jones is there a more smug tosser in football, sly dog of a human

Laughable how he was going on about ‘preventable goals’ to us. Like Collingwood should have been closer because they should have stopped Short’s goals and another one where Langdon slipped over. Ahh... yeah well pretty much every single goal in every game ever played could have been preventable if something different happened in a contest. The single most meatheadded comment/analysis I’ve ever heard in my entire life.

Had to laugh at him.
Collingwood could have won.
If they stopped those 2 goals Short kicked + if that Collingwood defender didn’t slip over, Dusty wouldn’t have kicked that goal before half time.
Stop those 3 goals and if Do Goey played and no injuries Collingwood would have won.

Brilliant stuff from that meat head. How much are these guys paid?

Was having an ale with some of PREs more elderly and finest yesterday at the game ,I was saying how I don’t remember been hated like they can remember because we’ve always been ordinary since I’ve been alive, got to say now the jealousy and hatred is obvious , it’s bloody magnificent

:clap :clap :clap

That's it. I'll be barracking for the $wan$ at the Sardine Cricket Ground next Saturday night. Please do it for us.....then again, it seems every loss to the brave Pies would all be sympathetic.

I don't remember this much hatred towards the -

Lions 4 GF in a row winning 3 in a row
Cats what 3 in 5
Hawks 3 in a row
But we win 1 and it's unbelievable what is directed at us.

Flicking between Ch 7 and Ch 9 and 9 give us nothing.

Oh and Lloydy 'wouldn't want to be playing Essendon in the finals. ' same breath but the two loses has been against the pies & Tigers.

Then gives us a complement that we are so even, Pies midfield got a lot of the ball similar to what the cats will, that's why the Tigers will win.

If he didn't dispose of it at all it isn't 50/50, it is holding the ball no matter whether there is prior opportunity or not. That's because to dispose of the ball he would be pinged for incorrect disposal.
That's why pinning one arm is the perfect tackle because there is no decision raffle. Don't make an attempt and it's holding the ball and prior opportunity is irrelevant, make an attempt and all you can do is drop it or throw it so it's incorrect disposal
