Morris is a liability. He must be dropped and his place in the side given to a promising young player.
He makes it so easy to pot him, though. I can't see why he's continually picked and not put in the 'break glass in case of emergency' case. I still maintain we'd be better going in a man short rather than playing him.LeeToRainesToRoach said:I don't like potting Morris because he's the first port of call when the team's playing badly. Watched him spoil a couple of times; one where he needed to keep the ball in front of the contest, another where he had two teammates to his left. Both times he managed to spoil the mark, but the ball fell Port's way. Negating players need to be able to do these little things better. Another time he trailed Aaron Young to the contest and elected not to compete in the air. Mark and goal to Port.
Agrees with others, should play in the twos at this stage.

The cupboard is bare.
Blind Charlie said:Lost what ever respect I had for him last night when Impey kicked his 2nd and Morris hid in amongst fellow players right up until the next bounce and then went to man up Impey again.
Had a lot of goals kicked on him last 2 weeks.

I can almost trace it back to the 2013 EF where he got pantsed. Since then his form ( and the tide of opinion apart from the brightsiders) has been poor overall.
