Standard of Umpiring?

i actually thought it was pretty reasonable today...no real howlers a'la NM game...fairly consistent

i thought the umpiring was poor

-king gets the ball and tackled striaght away and gets pinged
-melb ruckman runs at ours at the bounce and the melb player gets the free
-cousins gets hip and shouldered in the face and nothing

Another;

Nahas tackling the melbourne player in the middle and he drops the ball, then he tackles again and gets a free kick against for a high tackle.

Watched a stack of footy on the weekend and I cant remember been so annoyed with umpires, so incositent, its like one umpire is ultra soft and the next has swallowed his whistle........lift Jeff Lift

Umpires make less misstakes than players but their misstakes are highlighted to the enth degree.

The thicker than 4 by 2 AFL reckons the umps are right 85 percent of the time.

My problem with the umps is the frees they DON'T pay.

Richmond need to mortgage a house to get a holding the ball decision go there way when the opposition gets em on a silver platter.
