they have memories of goldfishes these jokers, but on the other hand, they get paid to crap-on, so they'll crap-on.

On another note, I reckon the power players are having an even bigger influence this year. When Danger, Fyfe, Bont, Pendles/ deGoey, Yeo, Cripps are on, their respective sides win. The main-man Dusty hasn't been on yet, and we're in-touch.

I saw about 5 minutes of this. The way that players get possession in the back half and just have nowhere to go is so noticeable in the game this year. Is it the short quarters, better defensive set-ups? I don't know, but it sure is hard to see how a team can play attacking football the way it is going.

There has to be a solution, and that solution does not include just giving yet more free kicks to Collingwood.

The Cats had 3 unfit players for virtually the whole match, Selwood/hammy, Clark/shoulder, and the 3rd was Stevens.............

They get possession in the back half then chip it around bc they are sh** scared of giving up possession; too afraid of kicking to a contest. What does that say about their confidence in their team mates to win possession? Or is it the short qtrs...they think they won't have time to make up any opposition scores on turnover? Or are they all being coached to have that attitude? Beats me.
 
I also only watched a few minutes and in that time the Pies were given 4 free kicks

Needs to be a proper investigation into this, because it comes up year after year and there’s never any genuine explanation.
