Round 6 other games

If Razor was umpiring tonight’s Hawks Pies game he’d be yelling ‘not 15’ a lot.
They did a much better job in last night's game. I was really pleased to see them call 'not 15, play on!' frequently. But not tonight so much. maybe the rules alter depending on who is playing. Who would ever think that?

I'd say he's one of the softest players full-stop. 7 disposals and 1 mark and 7 hit outs in his last 2 games which includes 4 free kicks. What does he actually provide? Luckiest player on an AFL list.
He gets a game because of his performance in their Preliminaryship in 2018.

Looks like Hawks fans got a bit carried away after beating us in Rd 3.
Drop the Dees game next week & boy oh boy wowee....

As bad a two quarters as I've seen in a long time.
I turned off at half time. Both sides just continually chipped the ball around the backline. Absolute rubbish. Footy is so boring this season. Very hard to watch.

Hawthorn is rubbish. We only lost to them because most our players didn’t give a *smile* at that time.

Clarko is upset with the spectacle of footy these days. His problem is he has to watch hawthorn each week.

Second half was worse. Collingwood parked the bus like they did against us and played with an open forward line. Hawthorn tried to keep their structure which meant neither side did much scoring.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm preferring the NRL this year. It's usually a better contest by far. I switched the footy off after the first quarter last night, partly because it was crap to watch, but mainly because the result was a forgone conclusion. It's a bit like watching junior footy in that you know who's going to win about 1 minute into the game.

Could not agree more Chad.

That game was crap and I also turned it off after 1/4 time.

How the hell can a team like Hawthorn only kick 3 goals for 4 quarters??

As for NRL...no thanks, not in my lifetime.

Suppose it will once again be Collingwood for premiers!! Hope not, could not bear that.

I hear what your saying.... hard to get ya head around if you didn't grow up with it. I only ever started getting interested when the Storm kicked off and I reckon they may have won a few more over with their game v the roosters last week.
Possibly one of the best sporting contests I've seen in years. Enthralling!

Can't understand Clarkson, it was ok for him to criticise the umpires after the north game, but he was silent on a bloke that touched the ball 35 times and threw at least 6 times without getting pinged for it.
Seriously what are the umpires watching??
Where's the commentators not highlighting this.
Grimes falls forward in a tackle and it's becomes the Weeks news.
Treloar constantly throws the ball.
Who is good at cut and pasting?
Where's Robbo?
400 footy shows but all miss Treloar's throws.

It was an absolute ripper. Better than any AFL game this year by far.
