Round 23 road works when you are running late games

Lolz Donk and Gersoft embarrassed themselves more than the goal umpire! Worst commentating ever! Didnt even have the kahunas to say it was a goal!

There's no way that Swans-Crows howler can be defended by the AFL. They must come out and admit the umpires got it completely wrong. There's no other option.

Well, the media and social media consensus seems to be same as on here, looked like a goal, why no review?

The other option is to take nicks to the same back room they took Hardwick to after the FARC off tigers incident last year.

Assuming Bulldogs beat West Coast today, next week 4 teams are fighting for 3 spots. They'll be playing

Saints vs Lions
Swans vs Demons
Giants vs Blues
Bulldogs vs Cats

Giants look most likely ro miss but thinking how amazing of all lose their last round.

I hope Adelaide call for this but I'm sure these AholeFL pricks will keep it as hidden as what they did to us.
One thing Adelaide are great at is whinging and Complaining. We all remember how they soiled it up after the 2017 grand final loss.
Expect tears and a call for the game to be reviewed

Last night's non goal get my ✅ now I've listened to the rules!

Rule 1.1 (GSIF) GetSydneyInFinals
According to Dwyane Russell..

"The goal umpire has great hearing"✅

Rule 1.2 (KSIF) KeepSydneyInFinals

According to Gerard Healy ....

"Lloyd immediately put his hand up to say the ball hit the post"✅

Can't see what the drama's all about!

Yes. I still amazed by the whole sequence of event. The difference with our Tom Lynch case is:

1. wild player celebration,
2. ball didn't pass above post height.
3. Adelaide is different to Melbourne, the murdoch tabloids and TV stations only have 2 sets of supporters to worry about and not 10. No money in calling the crows whingers and running an anti campaign.

I'm really struggling to see a way the AFL can explain this away and get away with it.

Crows end of season trip to Sydney will include a harbour bridge climb, everyone lindfolded, singing cheer, cheer the red and the white’

It will be interesting to see if the cheats at AFL house will play the "nah, we've definitely got footage that you didn't see and we didn't even review" card.

Maybe the dream of a GWS v Sydney final was too tempting.

Clearly wrong decision, and Adelaide screaming out about the lack of review.

We could politely inform them that it doesn't matter about a review.

If there's a desired result, then the ARC will just double down and claim magical footage/quantum physics/player reaction/ just take our word for it.

AFL died when betting agencies became more important than the fans

Wow, they have accepted the decision was wrong.

Fortunately for the AFL there were 70 secs to go and it wasn’t a St Kilda vs Fremantle ‘siren gate ‘.

Very fortunate.

But at the end of the day Adelaide kicked 4.8 in the last quarter.

So it wasn't reviewed because goal flog didn't call for it, but if the dills on the control panel review and see it's an error, why not stop play and correct the scores???
Isn't that what the rule is supposed to be? All the goals are reviewed just to ensure they are correct and play can be properly restarted. Or is it just the goals that are called goals that get reviewed in case they might actually be a point instead, while the goals that are called points don't need to be reviewed because that might delay the game and result in the correct team being adjudged the winner.

AFLHQ nothing but a room full of pus bags and swapping out Gilligan for his dodgy leftovers in Dilligan will not change a single thing about the way HQ operates.

They did it very easily snakey. Admitted they got it wrong, but there was still over a minute to go so in reality anything could have happened so the result will stand. In simplest terms. Yeah, Nah, *smile* off we'll do what we want.

Even if they come out and say it’s a mistake that does nothing. They can’t reverse the result of the match, and we know they’re not going to take steps to improve the technology or the process, so why bother? The best thing they can do is get rid of the entire process and accept that people occasionally make mistakes.

Welcome to the "You've been FARCed club" Crows.

How *smile* is our technology.

Geez, cricket can use snicko to detect a nick before the ball hits a pad when the ball is being bowled at 150kph, meaning they have this down to miliseconds. AFL says, soz guys, we can't use the edge technology because some bloke from Sydney hit the past way after the ball apparently hit it!!.

What the actual *smile* is this crap that we have spent money on. Camera images that are worse than what everyone has on their phone in their pocket, sounds that can't be detected because you know there are other sounds (remember when we were told they couldn't use Edge because the crowd were too loud!!).

I think our technology is designed by the same crowd that "find aliens".
