So it wasn't reviewed because goal flog didn't call for it, but if the dills on the control panel review and see it's an error, why not stop play and correct the scores???

How come we never saw vision last year of Lynch's ball crossing the goal line synched with a front on view? You were happy to show a ball over the post, but where was the ball in relation to the goal line? Was it because it was a goal?
